Payton Brown

Payton has over a decade of experience in real estate, including multifamily marketing, operations, financial analysis, capital markets and market research.

A Florida native, she began her career at Colliers International in Atlanta after earning a BS in Real Estate and a Minor in Mandarin Chinese from Florida State University. She led the transaction management and marketing efforts for $1.5B+ in multifamily deal volume and contributed to property valuations and market research. This experience afforded her invaluable insights into the intricacies of working at a brokerage firm through financial analysis, marketing initiatives, sales training, and transaction execution.

Seeking a more comprehensive understanding of real estate, Payton embraced roles in acquisitions at TBG Residential as well as asset management at Oakwood Capital, and most recently Sundance Bay. At Oakwood Capital, she directed asset management endeavors for a substantial nationwide portfolio encompassing over 4,800 units valued at $330 million. Subsequently, at Sundance Bay, she assumed responsibility for a 1,300+ unit portfolio valued at over $200 million. 

In both positions, Payton orchestrated and executed property level business plans, management oversight, monthly financial reporting, investor reporting, and formulated annual budgets. Additionally, Payton supervised capital improvement initiatives, and assisted in the analysis of hold, sale, and refinancing strategies. These experiences have enriched her proficiency in navigating diverse facets of multifamily real estate operations and execution at a strategic level.

Payton lives in Jacksonville, FL with her husband, toddler and golden retriever. She enjoys traveling with her family, going to the beach and boating on the weekends.

Payton’s passion for real estate remains steadfast, culminating in the formation of Harbor South Holdings in 2024 and Anchored Marketing Solutions in 2025. She is grateful for the experiences that have brought her to this point and is excited to be a steward to her investor’s and client’s interests.

Creative Director

Avery brings more than a decade of experience in brand strategy and marketing leadership to her role as Creative Director at Anchored Marketing Solutions, where she partners with real estate and financial services firms navigating growth, transformation, and market entry.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of wealth management and investment platforms—from ETFs and direct indexing solutions to advisor-facing technology and founder-led firms. Avery has helped asset managers, RIAs, and fintech innovators sharpen their positioning, launch products with intention, and build deeper engagement across institutional, advisor, and retail audiences.

Known for balancing product sophistication with compelling storytelling, Avery operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. She designs marketing frameworks for niche investor segments, develops brand architecture grounded in values and differentiation, and leads campaigns that drive awareness and education without sacrificing compliance integrity.

Avery works primarily with firms at inflection points—those entering new markets, refining go-to-market strategies, or seeking brand clarity that matches their ambition. She believes the future of finance belongs to companies that lead with conviction, and that marketing, done right, builds trust rather than noise.

When she's not helping clients clarify their story and scale their impact, Avery can be found raising two toddlers, teaching young people about investing, sailing, or hosting family movie nights.
